1 Million $ Appropriation

If I had one Million Dollar to spend on an Appropriation Project I think that I would exchange all the lightbulps in a city to a funky colored light. I think that if it would look really cool if the whole city was a really funky color at night and i think it would make us see parts of the city in a different manner.
